• Six monthly meetings are held to review the progress of various committees within the school. The goal-setting plan for the conduct of the Year is presented in the first meeting. The plan of conduct of each Committee is reviewed. Any possible impediments to the proposed conduct are identified and mechanism for improvement are discussed and implemented. The Committee reviews the achievement of the set goals at the end of the stipulated time period.
