A Student applying for BPT admission should carry the original and 2 sets of photocopies of all below listed documents.
1. NEET- Score sheet
2. S.S.C. - Mark Sheet
3. S.S.C.- Passing Certificate
4. H.S.C. -Mark Sheet
5. H.S.C. – Passing Certificate
6. Bonafide & Character Certificate
7. College Leaving/Transference Certificate
8. Birth Certificate
9. Nationality, Domicile Certificate/ Passport
10. Caste Certificate
11. Caste Validity Certificate
12. Physical Fitness Certificate
13. Documents in support of Eligibility for Dr. DY Patil Merit- cum-Means Scholarship
14. Migration & transfer Certificate
15. Gap Certificate
16. Affidavit
17. Aadhar Card (Xerox)

Once the candidate has paid the amount to reserve the seat, the Provisional Admission Certificate is issued by the institution. In case the candidate needs education loan, Bona-fide, Expenditure statement, Placement details, and any other document required by the bank will be provided to him/her by the institution enabling to process for the Education loan.

You can take provisional admission and confirm your seat by paying 50% of the tuition fee for the respective program which are offered by school of physiotherapy.

You may pay the balance fee in parts within 7-10 days after taking admission. In case you still face any difficulties, you are advised to contact the accounts department

Due to the nature of our program, part-time studies are not available. Students must enroll as full-time students.
