Guest Lecture on Occasion Of Charak Jayanti 30th July 2022

Department of Sanskrit Samhita Siddhant, D. Y. Patil Deemed to be University, School of Ayurveda, Nerul, Navi Mumbai in collaboration with Millennium Herbal Care conducted a guest lecture CME on occasion of Charak Jayanti Celebration on the topic “Lokpurushsamya Siddhant-Modern Relevance in Medical science” on Saturday, 30 th July 2022, between 2PM to 4PM, for final year BAMS, PG Students and Teaching staff.

Details of Program –
The program started as per schedule with Salutation to Lord Dhanvantari, followed by a Welcome Speech given by our Dean Dr. Maheshkumar Harit. Initially, all participants and dignitaries were welcomed. After that Dr. Sudarshan Hande, Associate Professor welcomed our guest speaker & introduced him in brief.
Later on, the Speech was started by Guest Speaker– Dr. Milind Patil MD (Ayurved Samhita) Medico-marketing Consultant, Millennium Herbal Care. The prime focus of this CME was to educate students and teachers regarding Lokpurushsamya Siddhant & its Modern Relevance in Medical science. He conducted a very scientific, informative, and enlightening lecture. He has thrown light on the topic in a very different and unique way. He explained the importance of Gut Micro biome as a microcosm to human beings in relation to macrocosm which will help all the UG and PG students to upgrade their knowledge in the same perspective. After completion of Sir’s innovative and valuable speech question and answer session conducted to clear doubts among listeners. Total 95 delegates were present for the CME.
At last, Dr. Lomesh Gedam, Assistant Professor proposed a vote of thanks.
Snacks were arranged at the end of the Program.
Certificates were provided to all participants & delegates.
