1) Investigating every formal written complaint of sexual harassment within the scope of the laws with fairness and without bias.
2) Taking appropriate remedial measures to respond to any substantiated allegations of sexual harassment
3) Discouraging and preventing employment-related sexual harassment
4) Awareness workshops/activities :-

To educate all employees of the institute about:
A) Sexual harassment at workplace, its effects and laws against it.
B) Filing a complaint with the Internal Complaint Committee/ Vishakha Committee
