Objectives of the programme – Lecture was aimed to create awareness regarding Digital Addiction, Detox & Cyber Safety among the faculty members & students.
Venue of the event – Virtual classroom 1 st floor, D. Y. Patil Ayurvedic hospital, Nerul. Navi Mumbai. The program was started at 10:00 am with the inaugural ceremony followed by lamp lighting & Dhanvantari pooja by our resource persons & Dr. Maheshkumar Harit , Dean School of Ayurveda D.Y.Patil deemed to be University,Nerul, NaviMumbai ,Dr.Mangala Wange, HOD Swasthavritta & Dr.Divya Ramugade, HOD& Prasutitantra &Stree-rog Dept. Dr.Dishya Sewada ( Intern student) gave the brief introduction of today’s lecture . Dr. Archana Mahajan , Asst.Professor of Prasutitantra &Stree-rog gave introduction of the invited guest Dr. Kruti Abhyankar.
The session was started by Dr. Kruti Abhyankar madam & delivered his energetic talk on “Digital Addiction , Detox & Cyber Safety”.
Madam has shared & encouraged the masses regarding doing authentic use of digital media conveying hazardous effects of them on physical , mental & also social wellbeing if at all anyone gets addicted to it. Along madam also explained the key ways to get detoxified by keeping a controlled use of such digital equipments & ultimately digital media platforms.
The session was very informative and interactive and many of our participants were actively interacted with the resource person. All faculty members of Swashavritta & Yoga & Prasutitantra - Stree rog department were present along with the Teaching, Non teaching staff, & Students of School of Ayurveda.
The lecture was concluded with a valedictory function .Vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Pratik Patil, Asso.Professor , Swasthavritta & Yoga Dept.
This workshop has provided a very relaxed but deep learning atmosphere to all the beneficiaries
