Guest Lectures dated 12-07-23 by dept of Agadtantra

Department of Agadtantra organized guest lectures on 12/07/2023 at Virtual classroom, 1 st floor, D.Y.Patil Ayurveda Hospital, Navi Mumbai. The program was arranged in two sessions as follows,

The program was started with Dhanvantari stavan, felicitation & introduction of guest speakers in the presence of respected Dean Dr Mahesh Kumar Harit sir.
1st session was conducted by -Mr.Swapnil Bhopi sir. He is having 9 yrs of experience as a clinical psychologist. He shared those experiences during the lecture. He explained the diagnosis & management of depression in the early stage for betterment of the youngsters. Sir gave various methods for self diagnosis of depression and some easier ways to tackle with the difficult situation. This session was attended by 65 students & 30 staff. The 2 nd session was conducted by Dr Rahul Bhatambre sir. He is having 12 yrs of experience as a consulting Neuropsychiatrist & Sexologist. Sir is involved in various social activities and awareness campaign. He explained the difference between use, misuses and addiction of internet. Sir gave various methods for restraining our selfless from excess use of internet and limiting our screen time for prevention of use to become misuse or addiction and some easier ways to limit the use of internet by using various techniques. This session was attended by 46 students & 18 staff.
Both the speakers explained the topic in very simple & interactive manner. They gave their expertise view that was beneficial for staff & students. After each session, there was discussion and question answer session. Later on Feedback forms were collected from the Students, Staff & Professionals regarding both the sessions separately.
