• The mission of the Finance Committee is to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and provide proper oversight of all expenditures and revenue collections in order to successfully support the operations of the University.

Goals & Objectives

• The role of the finance committee is primarily to provide financial oversight for the University.
• Set long-range financial goals along with funding strategies to achieve them.
• Present all financial goals and proposals to the board of directors for approval.
• Develop multi-year operating budgets that integrate strategic plan objectives and initiatives.
• Create, approve, and update (as necessary) policies that help ensure the assets of the organization are protected.
• Ensure approved financial policies and procedures are being followed.
