Dr.Gagandeep Nagra is Associate Professor, D. Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai, and Co Coordinator for the University, Centre for Skill Education and Professional Development (CSEPD). She has completed her Doctorate of Philosophy in Marketing and Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing from IIM Dehradun. She is a graduate in electronics from Bhopal University.

She has won an award for Emerging Women leader from Higher Education Forum (HEF) in 2019. She has an academic experience of 15 years. She is guide and mentor for PhD students. She has published more than 35 research papers in national and international Journals which includes paper in Scopus and UGC Care Journals. She has presented research papers at IIM Calcutta & Lucknow. She had organized various National and International conferences in the school of Management, involving various students, which in turn helps students to develop their soft skills and enhance their personality holistically. She has also been a Member of Editorial Advisory Board of Pezzottaite Journals, International Journal IJRITC.
