If a member other than the Vice- Chancellor, and those representing the teachers, accepts a fulltime appointment in D Y Patil Deemed to be University or does not attend three consecutive meetings of the planning and monitoring Board , without proper leave of absence, such member shall cease to be a member of the planning and monitoring Board.
