D. Y. Patil deemed to be university member other than the Vice- Chancellor and those representing the teachers, accepts a fulltime appointment in the Institution Deemed to be University or does not attend three consecutive meetings of the Board of Management without proper leave of absence, such member shall cease to be a member of the Board of Management.
