DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF NON TEACHING

• Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
• Plan meetings and conference calls and arrange and manage meetings.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes.
• Maintain electronic and physical files.
• Maintain weekly schedules of employees
• Issuing of admission /railway concession forms
• Assisting with study loan documentation
• Admissions for all courses
• Declarations of results
• Manage budgets, logistics and events or meetings.
• Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting.
• Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
• Counsel students when needed.
• Resolve conflicts and other issues
