Function of the Committee
- To monitor and respond to students and stakeholders grievances.
- To provide the Students access to hassle free mechanism to have their Grievances redressed.
- To ensure fair, impartial and effective solutions of the grievances.
- To co-ordinate between students and Departments / Sections to redress the grievances.
- To develop a responsive and accountable attitude towards the stakeholders so that harmonious atmosphere always prevailed in the University.
- The cases are attended promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students.
- The Committee formally meets to review all cases, prepares a statistical reports about the number of cases received, attended to and the number of pending cases, if any, which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities.
