Function of the Committee

  • To monitor and respond to students and stakeholders grievances.
  • To provide the Students access to hassle free mechanism to have their Grievances redressed.
  • To ensure fair, impartial and effective solutions of the grievances.
  • To co-ordinate between students and Departments / Sections to redress the grievances.
  • To develop a responsive and accountable attitude towards the stakeholders so that harmonious atmosphere always prevailed in the University.
  • The cases are attended promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students.
  • The Committee formally meets to review all cases, prepares a statistical reports about the number of cases received, attended to and the number of pending cases, if any, which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities.
