Blood Donation Camp
The Rotaract Club of D.Y.Patil Deemed to be University School of Management in
Association with the D.Y.Patil Hospital Blood Bank conducted a Blood Donation drive,
'Drop of Hope' On 1st July 2022 in the campus of D. Y. Patil University School of
Management, sector 4, CBD-Belapur. It was a district inititiative and RaCDYPUSM
enthusiastically decided to be a part of it.
Prof. Dr. R. Gopal along with Dr.Prachi Nair from D.Y.Patil Hospital inaugurated the
blood donation camp. Dr.Sunil Surte ,Dr.Vani Kamath, Dr.Prajakta Mondkar DRR. Rtn.
Rtr. Adil Khan, DCM Rtr.Vishal Shah and BCM Rtr. Sneha Wayare were also present.
We were graced by the presence of the President of the Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai
Bayside and the Deputy District Governor of RID 3142. 44 donors visited the camp out
of which 4 had to be rejected due to their health concerns. So, a total of 40 donors made
this event a successful one.
Rtr. Sanskruti Khune and the Community Service Director and all the Rotaractors came
forward and brought the sources together for making this event possible.
