Duties & Responsibility of Committee Members

• To be instrumental in meeting the set objectives of the committee
• To keep abreast of new government schemes, legislations, policies, and court rulings related to sexual harassment at the work place
• To undergo training from time to time and acquire the necessary knowledge and methodology for appropriate reception and conveyance of complaint while maintaining strict confidentiality and to provide guidance and counselling and redressal
• To be involved in the creation of outreach and dissemination material like government guidelines, handbooks, magazines, posters, blogs etc.
