The School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics has established a Women Empowerment and Development Cell to empower and safeguard the rights of female members; faculty, staff and students. It aims in promoting the welfare of the female members by preparing them competent professionals so as to take up greater challenges in life.
The cell also conducts guest lectures, awareness programmes and other welfare activities for the complete wellbeing and upliftment of the female members.
