The students of DY Patil School of Occupational therapy are encouraged to participate in Olympia every year. Olympia is the annual sporting event of the DY Patil University held over a period of 4 days. It is an intra University event in which all the different schools under the university participate.

The students start preparing for this event at least 3-4 months in advance. This year the students of Occupational therapy have won the inter-school cricket championship trophy and Ms. Vaishnavi Desai has won many medals in the swimming event. The students have also played well in other sports categories like football.
