Practice Management

On 20th January 2016, Integriteeth, Dr. D. Y . Patil Continuing Dental Education Learning Series & Workshopsorganised a lecture on Practice Management.
It was conducted by Dr. SujitPardeshi (BDS, MBA-HR), Certified National Trainer, JCI UNiversity, CA USA.
His name is synonymous with Practice Mangement lectures in dentistry, all over the country. Dr. SujitPardeshi has given several lectures across various states on this topic.
Practice Management is not taught in the Undergraduate Course in colleges. Hence, students are at a loss when it comes to knowledge about Financial management in the clinic, what type of instruments and equipment to invest in, how to deal with cranky / tough patients, etc.
It immensely helped the students and interns present there. Also, it served as an eye-opener about the reality that strikes when one ventures into the world with a newly set up dental practice.
