ADMISSION FAQ'S

The institution offers Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses in eight branches of dentistry as well as Fellowships in different branches related to Dentistry and PhD programs

The BDS program is of five years duration (including 1 year mandatory rotational internship). The courses include Pre-clinical and clinical training courses.. In the first two years of the BDS program, students are trained on biologic and material aspects of dentistry, with the help of audiovisual aids, models and patient simulators. Hands on clinical training are facilitated under the guidance and supervision of faculty, in the following years.
The course contents are delivered using didactic lectures, demonstrations, practical exercises, seminars, problem based learning, self-directed learning, chair side teaching and learning, etc.

The college encourages students to undertake research activities under the guidance of their teachers. The students are also encouraged to present and/ or publish their research at national and/ or international forums.

Admission to the BDS and MDS courses is through common entrance examinations conducted by NEET

Sports facilities are available on campus for students. There are cultural and sports competitions conducted during academic year ensuring a holistic development of the students.
