The procedure of functioning are as follows:
1. The international students are oriented and briefed about the existence of student cell at the time of admission and during their orientation.
2. They are given an introduction to each member of the student cell and get familiar with the members to whom they can approach.
3. In the event of any grievances that they need to discuss, they are directed to approach the committee with their grievances.
4. The grievances are heard by the committee members and corrective action is taken to resolve the issue.
5.  Information regarding other opportunities available are also shared as and when received with students.
6. The students are issued required certificates or reference letters for visits and VISA, on receiving confirmation from faculty of the concerned departments.
