The Coordinator will meet the concerned students and staff, to understand their problem. A meeting of the committee will be convened to discuss about action to be taken/ advice to be rendered/help to be given to resolve the matter. The Coordinator will communicate the decision to the concerned person. The coordinator will submit a detailed report to the Chairperson about the action taken and close the matter.
