D.Y. Patil school of Nursing had successfully hosted the State level Conference on “Management of Selected Emergencies” on 06/02/2018.
The main objective of the conference was focused on the theme “Exploring the innovation in Emergency Nursing care”. The conference was successful in bringing together renowned speakers from various reputed organizations and their paramount talks enlightened the gathering. 17 faculty members attended the conference.
The Conference focused on recent developments in the field of Emergency medicine and the advanced role of nurses in such areas. The meeting engrossed in knowledgeable discussions on novel subjects like:

Emergency and acute care medicine
- Psychiatric Emergencies
- Respiratory emergency
- Endocrine Emergencies
- Neurological emergencies
- Abdominal Emergencies
- Emergency Nursing
- Anaphylaxis and nursing management
The meet received a generous response from the participants. Faculties who attended made their valuable contribution to make it a successful event. Delegates driving the event into the path of success with thought provoking keynote & plenary presentations.
Outcome:
With the encouragement from the excellent feedback from the participants and supporters of the current conference, D.Y Patil School of Nursing looks forward to conduct more such conferences in the future.
