• Provide the highest quality classroom instruction so that students may rise to their true potential.
• Incorporate the most recent research, knowledge, and theory in classroom instruction.
• Look for new and improved instruments, strategies, technologies, procedures, and ways to help with teaching and learning.
• Encourage co-curricular and extra-curricular skills of students to ensure their overall growth.
• Evaluate students’ performances in a fair and unbiased manner and provide them with feedback to ensure they can overcome their weak areas and succeed academically.
