Function of the Committee
- To take care of privacy and confidentiality of all components during the complete process.
- To provide proper freedom to aggrieved persons to express their grievances without any hesitation.
- To conduct the formal hearings and complete investigation and also receive inputs through relevant sources in a systematic manner.
- To provide a proper solution to the complainant based on principles of natural justice.
- To resolve the complaint / grievance within one month/ fifteen days of its receipt.
