DYPUSOP F.Y.D.Pharm. students visited Maharashtra nature park on 14th May 2022 from 9:00 am to 1:00pm. There the students got to know more about ecological system and various medicinal and aromatic plants along with their source, phytoconstituents and medicinal properties. Total 37 students visited MNP . Activity was coordinated by Ms. Pranali Band, Assistant Professor at DYPUSOP and F.Y.D.Pharm students- Sohail, Nameeta & Adeeba.

About the park: The park is presently involved in number of activities related to Nature Conservation and Environmental Education. The park has following sections to explain the various aspects of nature education. Butterfly garden, Nakshatra van, Rain water harvesting, Wooded area section, Nursery section, Medicinal plan section, palm section, fruit tree section, vermi-composting section and Aromatic and spices section.
