DY Patil Deemed to be University School of Pharmacy had organized a webinar on 8th March 2021. The topic for the webinar was Introduction to Citizen Rights. Adv. Abhilasha Mane, Criminal Advocate, was the speaker for the webinar. The webinar was organized by the Gender Sensitization Cell of DY Patil Deemed to be University School of Pharmacy. It was an informative session and active participation was shown by everyone.

The webinar started with the welcome speech and introduction given by Ms. Sakshi Singh. Then, our Principal Dr. Rakesh Somani said few words about the topic and welcomed the speaker. Then the speaker Adv. Abhilasha Mane shared her valuable experience and knowledge about the fundamentals rights and duties of citizens. She also discussed the Indian constitution and the right to equality, right to freedom, right to culture, and education. Also later on Question&answer session was conducted.

The vote of thanks was given by Ms. JanviShrinivasan, where she thanked Adv. Abhilasha Mane for sharing her valuable time with us, Dr. Rakesh Somani for supporting us and giving the permission to conduct this webinar, Teacher co-ordinator Ms. Jyoti Katkar, all the council members, and the entire audience without which the webinar could have not been a success. Finally, the feedback form for the webinar was shared.
